Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
we are pleased to invite you to the 4th International Student Scientific Conference
PRO LEGAL – Day of Law Students and Doctoral Candidates 2026, which will take place on 26 March 2026 at the Faculty of Law, Matej Bel University in Banská Bystrica, Slovakia.
The previous edition of the conference confirmed its established international scope, with participation by students and doctoral candidates from seven European countries. In response to this continued international interest, the conference will again feature an online section conducted in English, facilitating the involvement of participants from abroad.
The conference provides a platform for law students and doctoral candidates to present their research findings and to engage in scholarly discussion within the field of legal science. The programme will consist of individual paper presentations followed by a moderated colloquium with an expert panel comprising representatives of academia and legal practice.
Applications (attached) must be submitted by e-mail to prolegal.prf@umb.sk no later than 15 March 2026.
Participation in the conference, as well as publication of the conference output in a peer-reviewed online proceedings, is free of charge.
